1. Authorized use
The application supports YMN internal work coordination and documentation by authorized users. This public website provides information only; access to the operational application is controlled by company devices and configuration, not this website.
2. Google authorization
Users should consent only through Google's official authorization screen and grant only necessary scopes. The writer requests drive.file for files created by or explicitly shared with the app. This is not blanket access to all Drive content or a grant to unrelated integrations.
3. Business action limits
Internal processing does not automatically authorize external messaging, tender submission, ordering, payment, signing, use of other credentials or changes in delegated authority. Such actions remain subject to applicable YMN approvals and procedures.
4. Security and change
Users must protect account and device access and must not disclose passwords or tokens. YMN may modify or suspend integration for security, compliance or business needs. Features depend on connectivity and availability of the relevant service.
